My old bank decided not to put customer service at the forefront of its business banking which is why I decided to leave. I remember it being a nightmare trying to get through to someone on the phone, constantly being passed from pillar to post in their offshore call centre. The experience I get now couldn’t be more different. Lloyds TSB are like a breath of fresh air.
