For me, the thought of changing bank accounts was a bit like climbing a very large mountain, and I just couldn’t be bothered to start, no matter how disillusioned I was with XXXXX. I have to say though that the whole process of switching business bank accounts was very straightforward and I now feel that I’m with a bank that’s adding real value to my business.
